China has new guidelines for attracting foreign investment
Recently, the Ministry of Commerce officially issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Utilization of Foreign Investment Development Plan", which clarified the guiding ideology, development goals and key tasks for utilizing foreign capital during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and proposed a series of prospective quantitative indicators, including the cumulative actual absorption of foreign direct investment. Invest 700 billion US dollars, and by 2025, the high-tech industry will attract 30% of foreign investment.
Relevant persons pointed out that the "Plan" emphasizes greater efforts to promote high-level opening to the outside world, and more effectively attract and utilize foreign investment, and proposes measures such as reducing the negative list of foreign investment access and relaxing the access thresholds for key areas, which will provide opportunities for the use of foreign capital in the new era. The guidance will provide more opportunities and support for foreign investors to invest in China for a long time.
The scale of attracting investment hits a record high
